Support policy
Simplexar Software considers support a priority.
We aim to answer all support queries as soon as possible,
and no later than 1 business day, with our typical response
time being 2 to 4 hours. Please note that we prioritize
requests from existing customers over new enquires.
If our support team does not directly know the answer
to your query, we will pass it on a technical consultant
or to our product development team, and will keep you
informed of progress during this process.
